RAFFLE DETAILS

Must be 21 years of age or older to enter. The raffle winner will be chosen on February 4, 2022 by 12:00 p.m.

• Email confirmation of raffle ticket purchases, including assigned raffle ticket number(s), will be sent within seven days. Raffle ticket numbers will also be posted on summit-academy.org. No physical raffle tickets will be distributed.
• Winner will be selected in a random drawing held on February 4, 2022, at Summit Academy (11508 Main Street, Louisville, KY 40243). Only one winner will be chosen. The drawing will be open to the public and/or broadcast via Facebook Live, depending on health and safety conditions at the time. Need not be present to win.
• Winner will be announced at drawing and notified via phone, email and/or certified mail within seven days of drawing.
• Winner must claim prize within 30 days of notification date, or a new winner will be selected.
• Winner must arrange to pick up prize at Summit Academy (11508 Main Street, Louisville, KY 40243) or arrange for the prize to be shipped at his or her own cost.
• All taxes and other expenses associated with the acceptance and / or use of the prize are the sole responsibility of the winner.
• The raffle is subject to all applicable federal, state and local laws and regulations, and is void where prohibited by law.
• All proceeds benefit Summit Academy, a 501c3 nonprofit organization (EIN 61-1214457).
